The product range is headed by differently sized stainless steel tanks that hold a non corrosive, non toxic and environmentally friendly liquid. The liquid is manufactured by dissolving a specially formulated powder, D-CARB, in hot water. A soak in this liquid at a controlled temperature will remove the carbon type build up on cooking and baking equipment that has been caused by fat, grease and oil build up.

The tanks will clean and sanitise a wide range of the equipment used in industrial kitchens. This equipment includes pots & pans, branding irons, filters, roasting tins, wire oven trays, deep fry baskets, cooker tops, gas rings, cutlery and badly stained crockery.

We offer three sizes of tank and will also make to order any size required by a client. The different tank sizes can be found on our Products Page

Options are available on a 12 or 36 month rental period

There are two different types of rental options. These are:

• Standard Service Option - this includes a monthly service carried out by Soaktank, during which the tank will be cleaned, the D-CARB replenished and the usage of the system monitored to eliminate any problems that may arise.

• Self Service Option - This offers a cheaper, more flexible alternative to our Standard Service Option. The service is still carried out monthly but it is done by the client at their convenience. The kitchen staff will be trained to empty and refill the Soaktank ensuring that the system does not lose its effectiveness. This option will require the storing of the D-CARB detergent in its powder form but this can be safely located in an area designated for chemical storage. All Material Safety Data Sheets will be provided.

If during the period of the contract the customer finds that they have outgrown their Soaktank, a larger model may be installed subject to revised monthly payments being made by the customer.

Payment for the rental and the service of the tank will be monthly in advance. 

 Repairs to the tank will be carried out free of charge, if the tank is on a rental option, as long as the breakdown is caused due to normal wear and tear.
